Packages Marked as Delivered

Blondette Beauty Supply is not responsible for packages that are lost or missing after the shipping carrier has marked them as delivered to the address provided by the customer. We are not a shipping carrier and have no control over the handling or final delivery of packages.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and ensuring there is a secure location to receive their order. If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, the customer must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We will gladly provide tracking information and any available documentation to assist with the carrier’s investigation.
